Overview
S.E. Milne & Associates follow the American Association of Grant Professionals Code of Ethics and Professional Standards. Therefore, we do not accept compensation contingent upon award of a grant or based on a percentage of grant awards or on a commission basis.
Our approach is to provide Grant Services to assist agencies and organizations secure funding to support programs/projects, not just to get dollars to support organizational operations.
Services
1. Review of Request for Proposal/Foundation Grant parameters and analysis
• Thorough review
• Follow-up discussions
• Documentation of applicability to stated program/project if desired
2. Program/Project Planning, Design and Implementation Assistance
• Review of the grant requirements and program/project proposal outline
• Information gathering
• Convening staff, stakeholders, partners, collaborators for program
planning and design
• Documentation of program components, activities and partners
3. Proposal Writing
• Continue review of RFP/Grant parameters
• Review of any previous proposals related to this program/project
• Continue information gathering
• Preparation of draft sections and review with organization
• Preparation of final proposal sections
4. Overall Proposal Management
• All of the above, as needed
• Proposal response planning and scheduling of tasks
• Management and supervision of the proposal team
• Management and supervision of the full proposal process
